Exchange Policy


This policy applies to all purchase orders made through the Run Sportswear store within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1. Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed after the customer pays the shipping fees in advance via InstaPay or any other supported payment method.
This payment is considered an explicit approval to start preparing and shipping the order.

2. Inspection Before Delivery

Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery by the shipping courier.
If the product does not match the description or the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase, the order may be returned immediately to the courier without paying the full order amount.

Shipping fees paid in advance are non-refundable in all cases.

3. Returns After Delivery

Once the customer accepts and receives the order from the courier, returns are not allowed, and the product is considered received in its final condition.

4. Exchange Policy

Run Sportswear offers product exchange after delivery under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Exchanges apply to size issues or product-related errors

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange

  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact

5. Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Visible signs of use or damage caused by misuse

  • Requests made after more than 7 days from the delivery date

  • Missing original packaging or tags
